Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-level support for network-related issues on PCs, laptops, printers, and servers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic server, printer, laptop, and network problems.
  • Assist users with Wi-Fi setup, network configuration, and driver installations.
  • Resolve connectivity issues such as slow speeds, disconnections, and authentication failures.
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for virtual machines.
  • Manage virtual machine snapshots, cloning, and migration operations.
  • Work with Windows Server and Linux-based virtual machines.
  • Apply system patches and updates to ensure security.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and support cases.
  • Coordinate escalations with higher-level network/system teams (L2/L3) as necessary.
  • Educate end-users on basic network troubleshooting techniques.
