Job Description

We are looking for a Network/System Support Technician (L1) to provide first-level technical support for Laptop, PC, server, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues. The candidate will troubleshoot basic server, printer, laptop and network-related problems, assist users in resolving connectivity issues, and escalate more complex cases as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 support for WIFI and network-related issues on PCs/laptops/printers and Servers.
  • Worked with Windows and macOS network settings, including IP configuration and DNS troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot connectivity problems, including slow speeds, disconnections, and authentication failures.
  • Assist users with WIFI setup, network configuration, and driver issues.
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for virtual machines.
  • Manage VM snapshots, cloning, and migration.
  • Worked with Windows Server and Linux-based virtual machines.
  • Ensure system security by applying patches and updates.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with higher-level network teams/system teams (L2/L3) for escalations.
  • Document support cases and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Educate end-users on basic network troubleshooting steps.

Requirements:

  • 2+ experience in Support of Laptop, printer, server and Wifi.
