Ensure smooth functioning of Wi Fi at client's place. Check all Access Point ( AP ) on a daily basis
Ensure that all links are functioning properly. Check wireless signals wherever required
Address any concerns made by client about the slow internet connections or internet interruptions or any sort of internet related problem. Provide them technical assistance in case of need
Ensure that all networks, hardware are functioning properly. Check LAN on a regular basis. Troubleshoot and solve the problem
Ensure smooth functioning of computer system. Monitor and maintain computer system and network. Provide overall hardware & networking support to all PCs and laptops
In case of major or unsolved problem coordinate with seniors
