Job Description

  • Troubleshooting the Biometric device issue (It can network is Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
  • Check computer hardware to ensure the functionality
  • New installation, the configuration of the network devices (switch, router, and firewall) 
  • Troubleshooting the network problem occurred (Cable management, clamping the new cable RJ45 and RJ11)
  • New configuration and troubleshooting of intra-come communication problem (PABX configuration and maintenance)
  • troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults 
  •  Replace parts of a laptop, desktop, server, network, and another device as required 
  •  set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Troubleshooting the CCTV problem (Networking issue, hardware issue, and firmware issue) 
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting the in-house and cloud-based server issues. Can be able to upgrade the server according to the requirement of any application
  • Troubleshooting the email server (Zoho mail), Helping the user configure the IMAP and POP3 server on Outlook or other platforms 
  • Help employees with their biometric attendance system
  • sue, power issue or firmware issue
