Job Description

Website Management & Optimization:

  • Maintain and update the website’s design, content, and performance.
  • Ensure website security, backup, and troubleshooting (hosting, DNS, SSL).
  • Implement SEO strategies and web analytics to improve traffic and conversion.

E-commerce Platform Management:

  • Upload, manage, and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Daraz, Shopify, and others.
  • Track and update stock levels, pricing, and promotions across all channels.
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to ensure a positive brand presence.

API Integration & Automation:

  • Develop and maintain integrations between e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and shipping providers using API frameworks.
  • Automate workflows to reduce manual tasks (inventory synchronization, order processing).
  • Stay updated with emerging AI tools and implement relevant solutions for operational efficiency (chatbots, recommendation systems, data analysis).

IT Infrastructure & Technical Support:

  • Manage and maintain IT systems, including software updates and network configurations.
  • Provide technical support for e-commerce tools and website platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze website and platform performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Generate and present sales and operations reports to management.
  • Use AI-driven analytics to forecast trends and optimize pricing strategies.

Collaboration & Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, logistics) to align e-commerce activities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including developers, hosting providers, and platform support teams.
