  • Support staff provides support to our clients
  • Client means those who use our software/products
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and systems
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues
  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software
  • Train users on new systems and software
  • Create and maintain documentation of network configurations
  • Monitor system performance and security
