The IT Sales and Marketing Lead must have expertise and knowledge in sales and marketing discipline and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. The candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating sales/ marketing plan that will generate leads for inbound/outbound calling.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or relevant
  • More than 1 years of sales and marketing experience

  • Remain updated on trends and markets related to IT software and computational hardware.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for marketing of software and/or services, including effectively prospecting to search new customers.
  • Initiates contact with prospective customers in the hotels, hospitals and medicine, transportation, banking, education and e-commerce to sell targeted software products and/or services.
  • Works as a lead of marketing and sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
  • Prepares and presents proposals to clients - utilizing software resources and tools.
  • Develop the strategic market approach and business case for new offerings.
  • Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations, utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
  • Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings
