Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Bench Sales Recruiter. This role involves sourcing and recruiting top-tier IT consultants while providing comprehensive support throughout their job search, application, interview, and placement process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and a passion for guiding candidates toward successful career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit IT consultants through various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Assist candidates in their job search by guiding them through the application and interview process.
  • Coordinate interview appointments and manage candidate schedules efficiently.
  • Provide interview preparation guidance and training to candidates.
  • Aid candidates in resume creation and refinement.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and interview schedules using spreadsheets or relevant tools.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating communication and scheduling.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with W2, C2C, and full-time employment roles in the IT industry is preferred.
