IT Project Coordinator

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating partner discussions, taking detailed notes on integration points, communicating with our internal technical team, and keeping track of ongoing activities. This role requires good communication skills in English, both spoken and written, as well as experience in using Jira and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in discussions with partners and stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements and points.
• Maintain clear and concise notes from meetings and discussions.
• Serve as a liaison between partners and the internal technical team to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and progress.
• Use Jira and Excel to track project activities, updates, and progress.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and projects are moving forward as planned.
• Identify and escalate any potential project risks or delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of project status reports.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project coordination processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Proficiency in Jira and Excel is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing technical projects or integrations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
