About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

Proven experience managing IT projects, with a minimum of 2-3 years.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate project activities, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions.

Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and collaboration.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and generate regular status reports.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, for future reference and audit purposes.
