Ryker Capital is a growing financial investment firm, seeking a versatile M365 specialist  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a generalist with proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, Outlook, SharePoint site design, content writing, and podcast editing. This role is pivotal in ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly while also contributing to our content and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and Outlook.
• Assist in user setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Manage licenses and ensure optimal utilization of Microsoft 365 services.
• Design and maintain SharePoint sites to enhance team collaboration and information sharing.
• Implement and manage document libraries, workflows, and other SharePoint features.
• Ensure SharePoint security and compliance with company policies.
• Create, edit, and publish content for various company platforms, including websites, blogs, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice.
• Edit and produce podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality audio and engaging content.
• Manage podcast distribution and promotion across different channels.
• Coordinate with podcast guests and schedule recordings.
