To be eligible for the role of IT Officer you will need to possess the following key skills and experience:

• 3 Year plus experience working in a similar role
• Ensure configuration of desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level are met
• Provide basic installation, configuration and support for routing and switching systems
• Provide solutions to networking within branches, corporate office and head office
• Ensure all internet and intranet policies are into effect and as per the need of the organization
• Act as an end-user liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving and initiating the resolution of problems and concerns
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Maintaining internal database, emails systems, networks and operating systems effectively
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Maintaining internal database, emails systems, networks and operating systems effectively
• Proficient skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & their Creative Suites & Any Video Editing Software. Knowledge of additional software will be an extra advantage
• Designing logo, brochures, vCards, website and app designs
• Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
• Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
• Experience in delivering brand consistency 
• The ability to plan, organize and priorities your work 
• Good Communication Skill
• Experience in editing videos for social media marketing
• Knowledge of Ms Office suites, Google docs
