Division: E-Spot AI

E-Spot AI, the AI-focused digital and creative technology division of E-Spot Nepal, is an AI-first innovation company developing websites, mobile applications, AI-powered systems, and digital platforms for both local and international markets.

We are seeking IT Officers with strong technical fundamentals who are motivated to work in a modern, AI-assisted development environment.

Key Responsibilities

AI Web & Mobile Application Development

Assist in building websites and mobile applications using modern development tools
Use AI-assisted platforms to accelerate development, testing, and improvements
Convert business and functional requirements into effective digital solutions
Support the development of AI-integrated systems and platforms

Code Understanding & Technical Support

Read, understand, and debug existing codebases (including AI-generated code)
Fix bugs and improve application logic, performance, and reliability
Ensure code quality, clarity, and adherence to basic security standards

Testing, Deployment & Maintenance

Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of live web and mobile projects
Assist with updates, enhancements, and feature improvements
Work on both internal systems and real client projects

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with:

Business & Project Teams
Creative & Content Teams
AI & Automation Teams
Translate ideas, workflows, and project requirements into technical execution

AI-First Learning & Skill Development

Learn and apply AI-assisted software development workflows
Continuously upgrade technical skills using modern tools and platforms
Grow into higher technical roles based on performance and learning ability

Career Path: IT Officer → Senior IT Officer → AI Software Engineer → Tech Lead / AI Architect

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in BSc CSIT / BIT / BIM, BE Computer / Software Engineering, IT or a related technical field

Technical Fundamentals

Basic understanding of:

Web or mobile application concepts
Programming logic and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of any one programming language: Python / JavaScript / PHP
Willingness to work with AI-assisted development tools

Language Requirements

English: Strong reading and writing skills, including basic prompt-writing ability

Personal Qualities

Strong learning mindset and adaptability
Logical and structured thinking
Ability to follow SOPs and technical documentation
Patience to test, debug, and continuously improve systems

Experience

Prior experience in AI-related projects, AI-assisted work, or a strong interest in AI is preferred
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if technical fundamentals are clear

Training: AI tools, SOPs, and real project exposure will be provided.
