Division: E-Spot AI

E-Spot AI, the AI-focused digital and creative technology division of E-Spot Nepal, is an AI-first innovation company producing AI-powered videos, images, visual creatives, and digital media content for websites, applications, marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement platforms.

We are seeking IT Officer with strong computer skills and creative interest who are motivated to work in a modern, AI-assisted video and creative production environment.

Professional AI tools, structured training, SOPs, and real project exposure will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video & Image Production (AI-Assisted)

Assist in creating videos, reels, promotional content, explainers, and visual creatives using AI-based tools
Use AI-assisted platforms to generate, refine, and improve video and image outputs
Convert scripts, concepts, and ideas into AI-generated visual content
Support AI-powered media production for websites, applications, marketing, and digital platforms

Prompt Writing & Creative Execution

Write, test, and refine prompts for AI video and image generation
Work with scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs using AI tools
Generate multiple AI outputs and select the best results based on quality and relevance
Follow structured AI workflows to reduce errors and credit wastage

Editing, Design & Visual Enhancement

Perform basic video editing and visual refinements on AI-generated outputs
Support graphic design work including thumbnails, posters, banners, and social media creatives
Maintain visual consistency, branding guidelines, and quality standards
Coordinate with video editors, UI/UX designers, and creative leads for final outputs

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with:

Business & Project Teams
Digital Marketing Teams
Video Editor / Cinematographer
UI/UX & Design Teams
AI & Automation Teams
Translate creative ideas and requirements into effective visual execution

AI-First Learning & Skill Development

Learn and apply AI-first video, image, and creative production workflows
Continuously upgrade skills in AI video, AI image, and creative tools
Grow into advanced creative, AI video specialist, or creative lead roles based on performance

Career Path: IT Officer – AI Video & Creative Production → Senior Creative Officer → AI Video Specialist → Creative Lead / AI Media Architect

Education

Bachelor’s degree or ongoing study in one of the following is preferred:
- IT / Computer / BIM / BIT / CS / Engineering,
- Media, Design,
- UI/UX, Graphics,
- or related fields (tech-savvy candidates welcome)

Technical & Creative Fundamentals

Basic understanding of:

Computer usage and digital tools
Video content, reels, posters, and digital creatives
Any basic editing or design tool such as:
- CapCut / VN / Premiere (basic level)
- Canva / Figma / Photoshop (basic level)
Willingness to work with AI-based video, image, and creative platforms
Advanced programming knowledge is not mandatory

Language Requirements

English: Basic to intermediate reading and writing skills, including simple prompt-writing ability
Nepali: Strong spoken and written communication skills

Personal Qualities

Strong learning mindset and adaptability
Creative thinking with discipline and structure
Ability to follow SOPs and production workflows
Patience to test, revise, and improve AI-generated outputs
Comfortable working on computers for extended periods

Experience

Prior experience in video editing, graphic design, UI/UX, or content creation is an advantage
Strong interest in AI video, AI image creation, or digital creativity is highly preferred
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
