  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain all IT related systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support to all employees.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and efficiency.
  • Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor and manage data backups to ensure data is securely stored and retrievable.
  • Collaborate with external IT service providers when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify areas of improvement.
  • Train employees on new technology and provide ongoing support.
  • Communicate any potential risks or issues to management and provide solutions.
