Job Description

SK Ventures is a leading organization in the Construction/Real Estate industry, seeking to hire a mid-level IT Officer. This individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of our technological systems and providing technical support to our employees.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all IT related systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support to all employees.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and efficiency.
Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
Monitor and manage data backups to ensure data is securely stored and retrievable.
Collaborate with external IT service providers when necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify areas of improvement.
Train employees on new technology and provide ongoing support.
Communicate any potential risks or issues to management and provide solutions.
