Job Description

  • Experience with administration and maintenance of computers, servers, and software, in addition to Help Desk troubleshooting in an office environment
  • Experience with databases and information systems; experience with mobile apps a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a customer-service attitude
  • Manage Router and Firewall
  • Provide assistance in procurement and evaluation of all IT technical equipment
  • Knowledge about Virtualization and cloud services is a plus
  • Manage Active Directory, File Server, Backups, Email
  • Manage and Update website
  • Participate in daily operation and report generation
