Senior IT Officer will focus on the areas of operations and data management. They must perform a variety of moderately complex information technology support duties to ensure smooth operation of organization by providing quality of technology services.

• Administer all severs are in operation and accessible
• Ensure configuration of desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level are met
• Design new network and struct for PABX setups for new branch
• Provide basic installation, configuration and support for routing and switching systems
• Provide solutions to networking within branches, corporate office and head office
• Ensure all internet and intranet policies are into effect and as per the need of the organization
• Act as an end-user liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving and initiating the resolution of problems and concerns
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
