Job Description

  • Basic knowledge of router firewall policies for QoS (Quality of Service)
  • Setting up new accounts in SIP, DBMS & maintain user accounts
  • Remote server access for user management, monitoring & logs
  • Solving computer/network related issues which includes L1, L2 support and report issues to ISP for resolving network issues
  • Analyze LAN issues for network upgrades
  • Maintain IT security
  • Visit service centers for laptop and printer repair & supplies
  • Liaise with HR & Accounts Team for new employees and manage office assets
  • Work with concerned team to assist in Purchase Order, GRN (Goods Received Note), Fixed Assets Register for accounts and audit, Quotations for Purchase with Authorized dealer contacts
  • Any other AD HOC duties when required that facilitate the smooth running of the office
