Job Description

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the school’s entire information technology operations—ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, networking, and digital systems. The position requires strong leadership in managing IT infrastructure, school ERP systems, cybersecurity, and academic technology integration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure, networking, and servers.
Support digital learning platforms, classroom technologies, and online systems.
Oversee School ERP, website, and database security.
Provide IT training and assistance to faculty and staff.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures—firewalls, antivirus systems, data backups, and access controls.
Plan annual IT budgets and maintain technology inventories.
Offer technical support for school events and digital communications.
Prepare and present periodic reports on IT operations, infrastructure performance, and improvement initiatives.
