Job Description

  • Documentation of all the activities run during primary Server Set-up
  • Running regular checks on network, data security and backup and disaster recovery
  • Manage IT Service Help Desk and oversee functions under IT Service Help Desk
  • Continuously update ICT policy and procedures and derive Standard Operation Procedures for System Operation
  • Designing training programs and workshops for staff, merchants and agents
  • Conducting regular system audits and reporting such to Director and IT Operation Management Team
  • Running and sharing regular operation system reports to Director
  • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system expansion, system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
  • Escalation of System issues with Software provider and keep all IT Resources updated and maintained 
  • Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
  • Providing direction for IT team members
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
  • Closely coordinate with cross functional department heads to smoothly run the depend functions of departments
