Roles and responsibilities of this job

We at the Hetauda School of Management and Social Sciences are seeking passionate and experienced IT Lecturers to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the future generation of IT professionals. Lecturers will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver engaging and effective teaching in a variety of Information Technology subjects.

The Full-Time Lecturers will work together in a team to conduct effective teaching and learning activities in the class.

Key roles and responsibilities:

Taking regular classes on schedule.
Instructing classes following the curriculum and guidelines set by Tribhuvan University.
Conducting unit tests, monthly tests, and other evaluations.
Assigning homework and projects by aligning co-curricular activities.
Preparing exam questions and evaluating answer sheets.
Bearing overall responsibility for the students’ performance in the subject.
Participating in programs organized by the Information Technology Department.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Education:

Completion of Master / bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer application or BE. Computer from a recognized University.
Candidates with the completion of Phd. or M.Phil will be given priority.

Experience and Skills

At least 2 years’ experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
Excellent understanding of curriculum, course structure, students’ expectations, and requirements of the university.
Highly energetic personality with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills.
CCNA Certified will be preferred.
