Job Description

For Coordinator

Co-ordination with teachers and class scheduling.
Planning of practical schedule.
Planning regarding exam and setting internal and external exams, assignments, projects and viva.
Supervising main events such as Academic Calendar, Orientation, Training, Internship, Placement and entire Academic activities.
Produce reports and conduct program evaluation.
Strictly monitor other necessary events and teacher guideline regarding exam.
Prepares educational material and documents
Assists the program director in the orientation of the program
Coordinates, prepares and distributes activities and schedules with the faculty and management.
Provides support and information to program faculty on a variety of issues related to the program
Maintains a systemic file system with students information and program records
Monitors and documents evaluation process
Participates in accreditation site visits and internal reviews

For Faculty Member

He/she will be responsible for taking classes as a faculty member for IT subjects.
