Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Faculty to join our team at Lord Buddha Education Foundation (LBEF). As an IT Faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students at both bachelor and masters level in the field of Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to students at both bachelor and masters level.
• Develop course materials and assessments that align with the curriculum and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and professional development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary courses and projects.
• Evaluate and grade students' assignments, exams, and projects in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Maintain records of students' attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Participate in research and publication activities related to the field of IT.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience at the bachelor and/or masters level.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of various IT concepts and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
