Job Description

Install and remove software on Windows 10 and 11 systems. Set up and manage both local and network printers.
Diagnose and resolve network issues to ensure continuous connectivity and minimal downtime.
Provide technical support and assistance to employees, addressing any IT-related concerns or problems promptly.
Oversee the use of attendance systems, ensuring they function correctly and meet organizational needs.
Assist the digital marketing team as needed, leveraging your IT skills to support online campaigns (optional but preferred).
Utilize basic graphic design skills to support various departmental needs (optional but preferred).

Academic and Professional Qualification:

Bachelors in IT engineering or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience.
Must possess following Basic IT Skills.
Installing/removing software in Windows 10, 11 +
Installing and using a local printer & network printer.
Troubleshooting network problem.
Good to have Graphic Design Skills.
Experience in technical support / customer support.
Use of attendance systems.
Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
Must be a Nepali Citizen.
