We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Engineer with a strong understanding of social media platforms and communication strategies. This role involves managing and optimizing our organization's social media presence while also providing technical support and solutions for IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and a deep understanding of social media marketing techniques to enhance our online brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to share on social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations related to the organization and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Network and System Administration:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches.
• Troubleshoot network and server issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and communication teams, to align social media strategies with overall organizational goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring they can effectively use social media tools and platforms.
