We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Engineer with a strong understanding of social media platforms and communication strategies. This role involves managing and optimizing our organization's social media presence while also providing technical support and solutions for IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and a deep understanding of social media marketing techniques to enhance our online brand visibility and engagement.
- Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to share on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations related to the organization and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Network and System Administration:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches.
- Troubleshoot network and server issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and communication teams, to align social media strategies with overall organizational goals.
