Cedar Gate Services is looking for an IT (Information Technology) Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the company’s computer network, monitoring one or more system(s), and supporting the software requirements. This "hands-on" position requires solid technical skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The IT Engineer will work as a part of the Cloud infrastructure team and report to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

AWS Cloud infrastructure management and governance
AWS resource monitoring and incident management
Provide technical support to users for issues and access
Research and implementation of IT security and processes
Implement security updates in critical systems
Tag implementation and monitoring for assets and resources
Scripting and automation of cloud operations
Prepare technical documents and report them
Troubleshooting and incident escalation
Provide training to Associates, Trainees, and Interns
Participate and complete assigned sprints
Coordinate and communicate with other teams on required assignments
