• Developing and implementing IT security policy detailing the security of information system operation, asset classification and control, personnel security, physical and environmental security, computer and network management, system access control, system maintenance and backup procedures.
• Facilitate in preparation of budget for both software and hardware.
• Regular monitoring of all hardware drives and handle issues related to software.
• Efficient management of Local Area Network (LAN)
• Ensure updated IT infrastructure management and IT security as per the global standard.
• Handle hardware problems, trouble shooting and inventory tracking.
• Formalizing a Disaster Recovery Plan, which should specify the alternate site, back up facilities and contingency team to resume the operations in case of a disaster.
• Handle procurement of all IT related products.
• Full support and participation in the activities related to SAP/COUPA/ IKEA/ SOLMAN and other company application
• Ensure ZERO Downtime.
