Kantipur International College (KIC), formerly known as Kantipur Hotel Management College (KHMC), established in 2000 A.D. is an affiliate college of Purbanchal University. Currently, KIC is running its programs at two different locations in the Kathmandu valley. The College of Management, the College of Liberal Arts and the College of Law are situated at New Baneshwor, the centre of capital city and the College of Science & Technology is located at Gwarko, a peaceful suburb of Lalitpur district.

Job Description

  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, website), including content scheduling, ad setup, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage and update website content using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, ensuring accuracy and SEO best practices.
  • Provide first-level IT support to staff, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to senior IT personnel.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets, including image libraries, video files, and marketing collateral, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and assist in community management.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of office IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, printers, and user accounts.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant privacy regulations in all digital activities and IT operations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
