IT Business Analyst

We're hiring an IT Business Analyst to align business needs with technical solutions. You will work alongside other business analysts. Your success will come from gathering requirements, designing workflows, and ensuring smooth communication. You'll drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through IT solutions, while managing projects for timely delivery and innovation alignment.

Level: Junior to Mid Level

● Requirement elicitation and performing requirements analysis.

● Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and guiding the team to implement solutions.

● Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

● Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

● Taking ownership of the assigned project/product development.

● Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

● Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

● Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

● Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

● Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

● Ensuring that the solutions meet business needs and requirements.

● Performing user acceptance testing.

● Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

● Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

● Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

● Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

● A diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science, Business Studies or related field.

● A minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/System Analysis.

● Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

● Working knowledge of Agile methodology and related frameworks.

● Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

● Excellent documentation, listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

● Experience in creating mockups, wireframes & activity/process flow diagrams with tools like Lucid Chart, Visio, Balsamiq, and others.

● Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint OR Google Docs, Sheets & Slides.

● Experience in eliciting requirements and assisting in UAT.

● Working knowledge of SQL queries.

● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

● Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

● Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

● Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.

● Knowledge of any programming language would be a plus point.
