Requirements

Job Details: IT Assistant Trainee is an assistant level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Age: Minimum age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in any faculty from a recognized university with minimum 50% or GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

Candidates are expected to have

Able to code in one or more of: Python, PHP, Microsoft .NET, Java, Angular, Ionic, Swift, NodeJS, Kotlin, Ansible, Groovy etc.
Able to use GIT (Source code Repository)
Must have knowledge of hardware and Network including server.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Learn and provide regular and event-based support to IT team and senior technical staff within the provided time frame.
Manage and support on hardware and Network including server.
Support on VM server and infra related issues.
Learn and Provide customer support and handle queries/complaints.
Assist in installation, configuration and fault resolution of corporate and end user software and technology.
Create and maintain log and reports of activities performed
Assist with general office duties.
Website development and maintenance
Mobile app development and maintenance
Ensure compliance with all standards and procedures in the implementation process and integrate all site elements.
Manage all communication with web procedures and provide all information on project status an manage multiple projects.
