Job Summary:

The IT Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the IT Manager in the day-to-day operation and management of the Nepa Rudraksha's E-commerce business side. This role will involve working closely with the IT Manager to ensure that all orders and requests are processed as per deadline assigned, and will involve a range of tasks including report creation, inventory management, system development and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support and assistance to the IT Manager on a daily basis
• Creating reports on IT systems and processes, as required
• Managing the inventory of all products and providing critical support in developing new inventory management system
• Assisting with the development and implementation of new IT systems and processes
• Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner
• Participating in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
• Performing other duties as assigned by the IT Manager

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT support or assistant role
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of software systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Experience with report creation and analysis
• Experience working in a customer service or support role
• Interest in working for a Global E-commerce leader
