Required Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of the inner workings of computer networks
  • Knowledge of a variety of hardware as well as software, programming languages, and operation systems.
  • Excellent team player and proficient in Computing
  • Excellent communication skills and English language ability
Required Experiences: 

  • Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with data processing training, computer operations training
  • More than or equals to 1 year in a similar role
  • Priority will be given to the candidate who can join immediately
  • Experience in a multi-operation system or production control environment preferred

Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
