Sympathetically manage Users of all levels of competence as well as staff and sub-contractors
Logical and methodical approach to IT systems
Experience in the creation and management of PowerApp & PowerAutomate workflows.
Experience of working with multiple users with managed devices at various international locations in different time zones
Able to work within a dynamic environment with good attention to detail
Able to work to tight deadlines and self-manage priorities against multiple tasks

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to start our inhouse IT team, which we envisage growing with our business to enable future data analysis projects.
You will administer systems, applications and group policy to assist with the running of the organization.
You will create technical and training documents including basic and advanced IT procedures for users, focusing on quality and best practice.
You will liaise with directors and department heads on IT hardware and software needs, and push group policy, programmes, and configurations to users.
You will maintain and organize all security and access permissions of a diverse team of engineers, technicians (and visitors) working projects within SharePoint sites.
You will be a key voice in our multi-disciplinary team to suggest IT system improvements which will benefit our clients

Shift Work

The post will be required to undertake shift work (early or late)
Weekend work will be also required from time to time
On standby for IT fault tickets – dealing with all Level 1 and 2 tickets, and able to escalate Level 3 externally based on experience.
