Muktinath Krishi Company (an associate company of Muktinath Bikash Bank) is a pioneer and the first public agricultural company established with the aim of playing a managerial role in the overall agricultural value chain through the "Krishak sanga Muktinath" and "Upabhoktaa sanga Muktinath" campaigns, with the goal of improving Nepal's agricultural economy. The company was established in 2075 with a 22.2% investment from Muktinath Bikash Bank, a 57.8% share held by 901 promoters involved in various business sectors of Nepal, and 20% from public shares. Job Description

Design and implement web applications that use the Laravel framework.
Understanding of the MVC pattern.
Identify and fix bugs that are found within code.
Lead the development and architecture of complex Flutter applications from concept to deployment.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Implement and maintain state management solutions, data integration, and third-party libraries.
Optimize application performance and responsiveness, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure data consistency.
Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Flutter development.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
You must be a FIGMA designer that understands the principles of Agile UI/UX design.
Good knowledge in database like Firebase Realtime DB, Hive, Object Box DB, SQLite etc
JavaScript: good programming language for adding interactivity, animations, and dynamic behavior to websites.
Version Control/Git: good Knowledge of version control systems like Git is vital for collaborating with other developers and keeping track of changes in codebase.
Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into impactful, practical, and delightful design solutions.
Visualizing and prototyping ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
Create iterative designs that meet product objectives, fit our design system guidelines, and respond to feedback and usability testing.
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
An understanding of front-end web development languages (HTML ,CSS, JavaScript), frameworks (Bootstrap), and accessibility standards (W3C).
