Location: Head Office, Dhobighat, Lalitpur

Reports to: Executive Director

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field with Minimum of 3 years of experience on managing, coordinating, or overseeing inclusive Agro ecology and enterprise development projects including partnership management.
  • Sound knowledge in tools and process of IPM FFS, Students FFS, organic roof top farming, Kitchen gardening and Homestays.
  • IPM TOT will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with Log frame and risk matrix.
  • Proper knowledge on project cycle management.
  • Proper knowledge on Project planning, budgeting, reporting and documentation.
  • Coordinate with relevant government departments, NGOs and other institutions involved in agricultural development work in the project area.
  • Proven team leadership and proven track record in achieving great team performance and sound ability to work together with others and independently as required. 
  • Knowledge and experience of gender, climate change, and disaster risk reduction, PSEAH, CPP and safeguarding.
  • Knowledge and understanding of diversity, cultural and political sensitivities. 
  • Demonstrable communication, facilitation and representation skills in English and Nepali 
  • Excellent report writing skills, administrative experience and word-processing skills, including use of computer program and internet 
  • Very good interpersonal skills & flexibility, creatively to work within a dynamic & sometimes unpredictable work environment, and across team and partners
