NIBL Equity Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm promoted by NIMB Ace Capital Limited—a leading Private Equity Fund licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON)is looking for dynamic and driven professionals for the position of Investment Manager. This role offers an opportunity to lead investment evaluation, execution, and portfolio monitoring processes in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and execute potential investment opportunities across diverse sectors.
  • Lead due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis for target companies.
  • Structure investment deals and participate in negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Monitor portfolio companies’ performance, support strategic initiatives, and add post-investment value.
  • Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for the Investment Committee.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Represent the firm in industry events, forums, and investor meetings.
