Job Description

Experienced in financial analysis, market research, and feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of investment opportunities.
Understand loan process, credit workflows.
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its long-term goals.
Build and maintain Banking Relationship and perform quick financial closure.
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Prepare compelling and persuasive investment proposals, business plans, and presentations to secure funding.
Work with the accounts/finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with investments.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, brokers, investors, lenders, and other key industry stakeholders.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors that may impact investments.
