Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Ability to manage multiple warehouses and teams efficiently.

Job Description

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock levels.
Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize losses.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts across all branches.
Coordinate with store teams for stock transfers and adjustments.
Ensure barcode tagging and systematic product categorization in Odoo.

Warehouse Management

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage and organization.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space and handling.
Supervise loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained in the warehouse.
Train and manage warehouse staff for efficient workflow.
Manage damaged and repair instruments.

Purchase & Supplier Coordination

Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with vendors.
Manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods.
Track incoming shipments and coordinate with logistics for smooth deliveries.
Maintain supplier relationships and assess performance regularly.

Reporting & Coordination

Provide regular inventory, warehouse, and purchase reports to management.
Work closely with the finance team for budgeting and cost control.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align stock availability with demand.
Analyze stock movement trends and suggest improvements in procurement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
