We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inventory Officer to join our team. This is a mid-level position where the chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track inventory levels for all products carried by Hukut Store.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Update and maintain inventory records using appropriate software or systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate restocking of products to avoid backorders.
• Coordinate with purchasing department to place orders and maintain stock levels.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Efficiently manage inventory storage space and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses or damages.
• Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Train and supervise junior inventory staff to ensure proper handling and storage of products.
