• Help to design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Prepare a Purchase order and get approval from the PPC lead. Tally the standard name in the bill and maintain the same name in the purchase order
• Documents all the purchase order and keep in both online and offline formate.
• Maintain the record of all the documents copy of Mou with vendors, documents of the material request form, GRS from and purchase order.
• Prepare and handover the material needed for the Internal team 
• Send the material request form and make sure it fills properly 
• Handover the bills and purchase order to the finance team 
• Along with inventory, lead examines the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
• Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
• In coordination with inventory, lead make regular updates of total stock are check 
• Cross-check the weekly report made by the inventory lead 
• Look after B2C bags packing, handling communication with other parties 
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending seminars, watching industry videos, etc.

Skills Required:

• Planning skills for resources allocation.
• Computer skills, especially with inventory management software eg. ERP, spreadsheets and Tally. 
• Strong attention to detail
• Data analysis
• Should learn the skill to use different types of management software and tools

Benefits: 

• Compensation: Gross per month based on experience. (Deserving candidate will get more as per negotiation)
