  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be punctual, professional, and presentable.

Note: Priority will be given to the candidate having a two-wheeler and must possess a license.

Job Description

  • Prepare and process purchase orders in coordination with the procurement department.
  • Receive, store, and issue goods as per organizational standards and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using both manual and computerized systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes when necessary to avoid shortages.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Identify reliable suppliers, obtain quotes, and negotiate favorable terms for purchasing.
  • Coordinate the distribution of supplies from stock to ensure timely availability of goods.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of all goods to maintain their condition and prevent damage.
  • Keep the storage area clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Update stock location records regularly to optimize storage space.
  • Prepare inventory reports and provide regular updates to management.
