Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory In-charge to join our team. The Inventory In-charge will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including procurement, stock control, inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely availability of medical supplies to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to procure medical supplies and equipment.
  • Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using inventory management software.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and surplus stock.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
  • Conduct periodic audits to assess inventory accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure efficient operations.
