Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage stock levels, track inventory movements, and support the smooth operation of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with inventory software.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in procurement activities
Maintain accurate, real-time records of stock levels using inventory management / ERP systems
Conduct regular stock counts / cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies
Provide management with up-to-date reports on stock quantities, stock value, ageing, slow moving or obsolete items
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse / stores team, finance, sales / operations to align procurement & stock levels with demand
