Global Education Counselling Centre (GECC) is a distinguished education consultancy specializing in student recruitment and counselling services. GECC is dedicated to connecting students with diverse and accessible educational opportunities globally. We seek a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with global educational institutions to enhance student recruitment. Proactively develops and manages a portfolio of partnerships and agreements in the specified Region(s) by planning and implementing strategies for effectively cultivating key internal and external relationships to develop institutional and Domestic Relationships.
Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, and new partnerships.
Develop innovative marketing strategies for partner institutions.
Build and nurture relationships with international stakeholders and institutions.
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective opportunities.
Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends.
Collaborate with the team members and develop strategies to build a strong in-house environment for Marketing Strategy and Business growth.

Proven international student recruitment experience in education consultancy background.

Extensive network in the international education community.

In-depth understanding of global education trends and market demands.

Good command in English, Written and Spoken.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Results-driven mindset and adaptability to diverse cultural contexts.

Assess an organization’s future activities in foreign markets, such as opening a new facility or identifying a new business partner.

Work closely with management and executive teams to develop strategic plans for both existing and emerging markets.
