Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Update the list of the expired subscriptions and regular follow-up for the consistency of delivery
Deliver message to the subscribers via mail/sms or telephone regarding their subscription period and payment.
Renew Aarthik Abhiyan and New Business Age subscription.

1. Make new Subscription
2. Coordinate with Distribution Supervisors to address and resolve customers complaints
3. Assist the Head of the Department in promotional activities and events

Paper distribution in Expo and Events

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Intermediate completed
Good knowledge of the success factors of a National daily publication
Strong negotiations, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Good listener, team player, and detail oriented
Strong customer orientation with a pleasant temperament
Strong drive to achieve or exceed results and continuously improve performance
Fluent in English and Nepali language
Computer skills and proficient in MS-office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Note: This job requires 90% of fieldwork and 10% of office work
