Job Description

Department : Admission and Placement
Reports to: Assistant Director, Business Development

Interns will initiate contacts with prospective students and respond to inquiries through relevant communication channels of e-mail, phone, website and social media to assist in outreach and recruitment programs. She will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with different functional units on an array of projects. 

Interns will participate in workshops, meetings, training seminars, and professional development opportunities pertaining to the assigned projects. As a key component of training, interns will have the opportunity to learn professional skills from senior staff members, along with other administrators, to better understand the inner workings and structure of organization.

Key roles:

  • Data Management of students 
  • Facilitating and managing events and activities
  • Providing support to workshops and seminars
  • Representing organization in outdoor education fairs and events
  • Participating and engaging in social media activities
  • Sharing information about programs
  • Participating in marketing and promotion activities
  • Communicating with students and parents 
  • Performing various operational tasks

Competencies required:

  • Oral and written communication 
  • Self-motivation/energy and initiative
  • Require nominal direction, and work well independently and in a team.
  • Integrity and ethics. 
  • Computer skills: Social media, email, scheduling, Word and Excel.
