Job Description

We are looking an Intern for our Digital Marketing and Customer Care Department

  • Enhancing the customer experience, and improving the brand awareness through social media campaigns and other marketing activities along with the Japan team and the manager
  • Creating digital banners, web contents, videos to promote business
  • Helping clients via calls and messages
  • Preparing documents on behalf of clients, and providing assistance during the documentation process. Mailing documents
  • Track and follow-up inquiries and leads. Organizing personal information and records.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational channel responsibilities for Facebook, emails, forms, and phone calls
  • Coordinate with the Japan team and the manager to analyze marketing data and improve marketing strategies
