Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking an Intern for our Digital Marketing and Customer Care Department

Enhancing the customer experience, and improving the brand awareness through social media campaigns and other marketing activities along with the Japan team and the manager
Creating digital banners, web contents, videos to promote business
Helping clients via calls and messages
Preparing documents on behalf of clients, and providing assistance during the documentation process. Mailing documents
Track and follow-up inquiries and leads. Organizing personal information and records.
Manage the day-to-day operational channel responsibilities for Facebook, emails, forms, and phone calls
Coordinate with the Japan team and the manager to analyze marketing data and improve marketing strategies

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Strong interest in social welfare and helping those in need
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing or IT
Candidates must have completed a digital marketing course
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English
Attention to detail
Strong interest in customer care and public relations
Self-motivated individual/attitude to learn new things
