Job Description

Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities and everything related to project from drawings, BOQ, bills/estimates etc.
Perform supervision, management and monitoring of sites for the quality of service
Visiting various Construction Sites, (outside valley) when required.
Report periodically on the status of the ongoing project under supervision to reporting person.
Design the preparedness actions, providing technical recommendations and guidance and monitor the management of risks.
Control project from start to finish, ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.
Co-ordinate and manage with the technical team.
Detailing and preparation of working drawings using AUTOCAD.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
Take the responsibility of procurement plan and procurement/ material tracking (MTS)
Managing project resources.
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Other works as and when assigned by the management.
